Located on the first floor of the Fagan Studios building in the heart of downtown Rochester, Studio324 is only a couple blocks from Mayo Clinic, the Civic Center and numerous hotels, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and other area attractions.

Ample parking exists all within a block of the building with street parking, a parking lot just behind our block, and a parking ramp one block to the north. All parking is highlighted in blue on the below map. There is also a passenger loading pullover section just north of the studio on Broadway as well, highlighted in pink.

Parking in downtown Rochester is free on the weekends and free after 5pm during the week.
