Past clients have loved the look and overall atmosphere of Studio324 for their events which have ranged from wedding ceremonies and receptions to office holiday parties and day-long retreats. There are plenty of hotel type event spaces in Rochester but Studio324 offers something truly unique and intimate. Located on Broadway in one of the city’s oldest existing buildings, the space can be designed and customized to fit your event’s needs through personal tours and using our online software.

Studio324 is available for six consecutive hours (not to exceed 11pm) for $550. Additional hours can be added along with tables, chairs, linens, and audio/visual equipment to suit your needs and the atmosphere you desire for your event!

FAQ

How many people can Studio324 hold?
Up to 106, depending on your needs and the layout. For instance, if you use 60″ round talbes, the space can comfortably host 80 people. More of a barn style setup using 8′ tables end to end can allow more guests. A cocktail setup reduces the amount of space taken up by tables and more room for guests.

What caterer can we use in your space?
We currently have no need to limit what caterers you hire to serve in the studio, so it’s open to who you’d like. We’ve personally used Catering By Design for our own events. Canadian Honker and Chef Johnny Mango are two others who have done a great job for past clients.

What do we do for tables and chairs?
We have a selection of tables and chairs available for rent or you can bring in items from an outside vendor. We have access to 10 60″ round tables, 4 8′ tables, 100 black banquet chairs, 6 hightop cocktail tables, black linens for tables, a projector and screen, and a PA system. Included in the rental fee is a selection of lounge furniture and stage sections if needed. For an additional fee, we can also supply a coat check run by our assistants. Can we bring in a dj or band?
You certainly may, but you don’t have to! We also have four speakers mounted in the ceiling and a receiver where you can plug in your iPod or laptop. It works great for both ambient music played during dinner and then turn it up for your dance!

Is parking convenient by your space downtown?
We have ample parking all within a block of Studio324. There’s a parking lot behind our row of buildings accessed off of 3rd St. South, there’s street parking across the street, and there’s also a parking ramp off 3rd St. South, behind Holiday Inn. For more details, click Location in the menu bar.
